    These guys charge exorbitant prices for items you can get much cheaper elsewhere. They take advantage of patients referred to them for medical garments. The surgeon said they have had other complaints about their prices and they will be reviewing where they send their patients in future. They charge $129.95 for a bra you can get anywhere else for $99.95 RRP. $30 ABOVE RRP THAT'S A LOT for one item for any business. They say not all small boutiques can or WISH TO SELL at RRP and she wouldn't make any money if she sold it at $99.95!!!. Well all the other small boutiques I called do! so this is Definately a WISH TO SELL at more for them and as they say in their reply below their shop their choice. WELL I HOPE YOUR CUSTOMERS CHOOSE TO GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY WON'T BE RIPPED OFF. Price gouging at it's best. I have not found anyone charging more than than $99.95 in any shop or online and I have contacted a LOT of places. They charged $240 for another item I can buy from their own supplier for $154. Would still have saved a packet if I'd just been fitted and brought elsewhere. They refuse to refund even though they havn't posted the items to me yet as they said the supplier 100% does not refund.I called their supplier and they will refund them. They were also shocked when i told them how much this store was selling their garment for. I even offered to pay postage if any back to supplier Although they advised they sell heaps of both products anyway so not like they'd be stuck with a garment they couldn't sell. I checked another store and can get one the same style (not same brand as I thought) but just as good for $134. They can also get me the exact same garment for not much more and WELL UNDER $200. I did ask them not to post my items until I went to another store to try the bra size on as i couldn't try it on in this store because they had no stock so it was ordered off my measurements. She said if it wasn't right I could send it back and swap but after today I didn't want to take the chance it was wrong and have to send back at my cost to again be treated like I was nothing and they offered no solution to help. Wasn't sure they wouldn't change their mind in the meantime and not let me send it back to swap once it left the store. Even though I was confident the lovely lady who fitted me would be right I just wanted to double check before it was posted. If you're in Launceston go to Judy's body fashion they sell at RRP If you're in Hobart go to Capri they are a different franchise they sell at RRP too. SHOP AROUND! COSTLY MISTAKE FOR ME BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF
